FACILITIES

At the University, we are very lucky to have access to state of the art facilities and pitches, namely within the David Ross Sports Village, a newly built sports complex costing £40 million. As well as the DRSV, we as a club also have access to the Highfields Sports Complex and Riverside facilities. Highfields has 8 grass football pitches at the club's disposal, and are used for our home games on Wednesdays.

Within the DRSV, we have strength and conditioning suites which are utilised by the 1st Team squad on a weekly basis, where the Strength and Conditioning team, led by Jonathan Kantor, provide sessions for the squad. In addition to the gym facilities that are available to the club, there is also the possibility of access to the University's physiotherapists in order to deal with any issues, with incredible rehabilitation suites within the complex's Sports Injury Clinic.

3G facilities are attached to the DRSV and are utilised by the club for training sessions within the week as well as occasionally being used for matches when the grass pitches at Highfields or Riverside are unplayable. 3G facilities are also found on the Jubilee Campus, attached to the gym, which were used by many of the squads for training in the 2017/18 season.

For the 2018/19 season we are proud to announce that Basford United will be the home for the 1st teams fixtures. With a state of the art 4g pitch, it allows the 1s the best platform possible to achieve promotion.
