Our 5th team, for the very first time, will be competing in BUCS in the 2018/19 season. Following the back of another IMS title, hard work from our committee alongside the University has resulted in the application for the fifths in BUCS being successful. The 5th team was formed at the beginning of the 2016-2017 season and has been highly successful over the past two seasons.

This season the 5s were coached by first team player Ruari Mcintrye and player manager Seb Lloyd, training twice a week and playing their matches on a Wednesday, at the Riverside Sports Complex.

Scoring over 40 goals in their debut season the 5s marched on and comfortably won the league title. Following on from this, the 5s won the title for second successive season in an outstanding manner, not dropping a single point.

​

Given their unassailable leads in both seasons, we hope to see the 5s make their BUCS debut next season, and welcome a new 6th team!
